Disaster Recovery -

FACTS:
43% of businesses never open their doors after a disaster
23% close their doors within a year
17% close their doors within 2 years

Prepare for the unexpected, so you do not become part of these alarming statistics.  The businesses that bet against these odds all have one thing in common, they were unprepared for a disaster.  Call Clean Sweep today.

OUR HANDS ON DISASTER RECOVERY PROGRAM FOCUSES ON YOUR PROPERTY, ITS SECURITY, ASSET RECOVERY, AND PROPERTY RESTORATION

Clean Sweep Restoration offers large and small businesses, apartment and condominium property owners, and homeowners the quickest and most advanced disaster recovery service in Connecticut. We call it the Disaster Recovery Program, or the DRP. It is offered exclusively through Clean Sweep Restoration.

Top real estate management companies, facility managers and commercial claims adjusters use the DRP. The goal is to lessen critical response time, minimize loss of revenue and disruption time and reduce property damage after property is damaged by a natural or man-made disaster.
Registering your commercial business or residential property in the DRP will minimize revenue losses, disruption time and damage to equipment and materials. For homeowners, it will reduce property and personal possession damage and disruption to your lives.

TWO LEVELS OF DRP PARTICIPATION

There are two levels of participation. Details of these two programs are described in the table below. In general:

Level 1 is our Basic Service and there is no cost to the property owner. It is designed for small to medium sized businesses and residential properties.

Level 2 is our Premier Service. It is designed for larger business properties or owners that want more assured protection and have more detailed emergency recovery needs.

HOW DOES THE DRP WORK?

Step 1
Call and ask to be registered in the program. For our premier service, a Clean Sweep Restoration property specialist schedules a visit to your facility. For our basic service, simply complete a Clean Sweep Restoration emergency response contact form and send it to us.

Step 2
Clean Sweep Restoration develops a disaster recovery plan for your property and digital photographs are taken. A database on your property is maintained at our office and a copy is sent to your property.

Step 3
In the event of an emergency, your call prompts Clean Sweep Restoration to dispatch an assessment manager to the damaged site immediately. A pre-signed work authorization allows us to respond quickly and mitigate further property damage.

Step 4
Using your site-specific emergency response plan, Clean Sweep Restoration determines what needs to be done to get the emergency portion completed, your property secured, and the recovery underway.

HOW TO ENROLL IN THE DRP

Call us and we will guide you through the process.

Request a DRP brochure (see DRP Brochure section below), complete the information as instructed, and fax or mail your information to Clean Sweep Restoration.

Send an email to Michael Cody indicating that you are interested in the program. We will email you the proper forms, information and instructions.

In the near future, you will be able to use our on-line DRP registration form for our web site. However, it is unavailable at the moment.
