We are seeking an individual who has knowledge in building repair and water mitigation estimating.
This position requires:

Computer skills to deal with programs used for writing estimates


BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGER

 

Seeking an insurance liaison with insurance project management experience. This position will oversee the preparation of the detailed line item insurance estimates, consult with our commercial clients and their insurance carrier adjuster as well as oversee the emergency service and reconstruction service that will be required to get our clients business up and running as quickly as possible and that all work is completed on time and within budget.


LEAD FIELD TECHNICIAN

 

Requirements:

IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification (MUST)
IICRC ASD (Applied Structural Drying) or Chuck DeWald certification (PREF.)
IICRC SRT (Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration Technician) certification
IICRC/IOT AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) certification
EPA RRP rule certification (PREF.)

Must be willing to work 50+ hours/week; 6 days/week, and be part of the On-Call rotation

 

Responsible for: (not limited to)

Instruct, Lead and Train Field Technicians
Responsible for keeping and updating all job related info from site including but not limited to: photos, moisture readings, moisture mapping, sketches, RRP rule reports, from job start through to job completion

Updating computer system with photos and daily job notes

Solving issues in the field

Ensuring all work is perfomed within IICRC and OSHA standards

Communicating with homeowners, and relaying proper info back to the office


FIELD SUPERVISOR

 

Requirements:

IICRC HST (Health and Safety Technician) or equivalent OSHA 10-hour certifcation
IICRC ASD or Chuck DeWald certifcation (MUST)
IICRC CDS (Commercial Drying Specialist) certification (PREF.)

OSHA 30 hour course for General Industry successful completion (PREF.)
"Successful Subrogation" certification
Proficient in Xactimate
Must be willing to work 50+ hours/week, 6 days/week, and be a receiver on the On-Call rotation

 

Responsible for: (not limited to)

Review job folders daily and prior to delivery to estimators for completeness
Project Managing Mold Remediation jobs
Organize Daily Huddles amongst work force
Relay key concerns of technicians to management
Perform random on-site job checks
Hold "In-House" training sessions
Check job flow in PSA daily
Enter estimates into Xactimate as needed
