  2. Before the job begins, our experienced estimators will scope the entire project, so we can prepare a detailed line item estimate for your insurance carrier. This detailed evaluation will assist you in coming to a proper claim settlement. Once the estimate is approved, our experienced Project Managers will manage the job from start to finish and keep you informed and involved in the process.  The Project Manager will also keep all repair staff on task and on time so when the project is complete you are 100% satisfied.

Infrared Thermography


Using infrared thermography quickly identifies water damage inside the walls of your home. Once identified, we can then take the correct course of action to save your property and protect your home from mold.

 

The process uses a noninvasive camera to “see” inside your walls. This means no unnecessary damage is caused.


Mold Remediation


Mold is a recurring organism that can be dangerous to you, your family and your pets. Mold is an irritant to those who suffer allergies, asthma or other related health issues. Mold and mildew can even cause some health related issues.   Not all mold is dangerous, and only a few are toxic, but only trained professionals can tell the difference and properly remove the mold from the property.

Cleaning and Pack Outs


Cleaning is an essential element of the restoration process. After a disaster, the first step to recovery is cleaning.  Clean Sweep’s Certified Cleaning Technicians have the expertise to fully clean your home and its contents that have been damaged by fire, water or mold. Our state of the art technique guarantees 100% smoke odor removal.


Should your contents need to be removed following a disaster, Clean Sweep provides the following services:

  1. Careful removal of your contents
  2. Inspection and photographing of all your inventory before they leave the premises to ensure all items are returned to you in the same – or better – condition they left
  3. Once contents reach our secured warehouse, each item will be carefully cleaned according to the specific damage suffered and type of material of each object
  4. All items pass through our ozone room to deodorize all fabrics and materials before being  stored in our fully secured and climate controlled environment
  5. Upon completion of reconstruction to your property, all items in storage are returned
